Terms & Conditions

* Booking & Payments

Payments will be made automatically from the website in full, at the time appointment is booked.

we also accept cash and credit cards in the salon, only for walk-ins.

* Cancellations & Re-Schedule

Clients can re-schedule or cancel any time before or up until 48hrs of scheduled appointment time. No refunds will be given for cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time.

* Health & Safety

Tan-O-Holic reserves the right to refuse service, cancel or terminate bookings if we believe that the customer is being abusive or threatening towards our therapists or any other individual.

Tan-O-Holic holds public liability insurance and takes the upmost care to ensure the safety of its clients, we use high quality products and strict hygiene routines. Liability can not be taken for adverse reactions sustained (like skin irritations) during or thereafter treatment. We recommend performing a small product skin test prior to treatment.

All allergies, aliments, infestations or viruses of guests or clients, which may effect the treatment in any way must be reported prior to the treatment date.

It is important that all guests inform the therapists at the time of the booking any medical conditions they need to be aware of included:
